I ran to Staples on Monday because I wanted to try to get all of the free after easy-saver rebate items. They had all of them in stock except one. Since they were out of that one I had to find a filler-item to get over the $50 mark. I wanted to use the Office Depot $10/$50 coupon since Staples accepts competitor coupons. Here is what I got:
2 pkgs. printer paper $4.99 each
will receive $7.98 back in ESR
1 pkg. bright printer paper $11.99
will receive $10.99 back in ESR
1 pkg. dry-erase markers $3.99
will receive $3.99 back in ESR
1 Casio label maker $14.99
will receive $15 Visa gift card
1 Norton anti-virus software $59.99
will receive $40 Visa gift card
5 notebooks $.01 each
Since I ended up being way over the $50 mark I didn't need to get the notebooks but for only a penny it's a great deal :) I will get back $77.96 in checks and gift cards. Since I also have a Staples reward card I will earn $9.10 towards that (total before tax).
All of this stuff for under $20 - not too bad!!
