Sorry for the absence from the blog - we've been pretty busy lately. Last week, on Tuesday, we got hit with almost 6" of rain in less than 24 hours and our basement ended up flooding. Everything is fine now but we spent a lot of time running the carpet shampooer, running fans and going through boxes to get rid of the stuff that wasn't salvageable. Our house is still in a bit of disorder but now that the carpet is dry we'll be able to take things back down there.
I don't have any deals to post tonight (Noah & I are going to some stores tomorrow) but I have to show you what Mike built me. I have 11 new shelves in our storage area! And there is room for at least another three!! I have so much room to put all of my grocery items. This is going to be so nice since I don't have a lot of cupboard space in the kitchen.

Tanya, Love the new shelves! How exciting! The funniest things excite couponers.. lol! I loved when I got my new shelf! Glad your back! You were missed... but a blog break is always good. lol.

Welcome back. Sorry to hear about the flood....what a Pita! It rained for 7 days straight here but we lucked out & the basement didn't flood this time. Here's hoping for lost of sunny days to dry things out for you! ;-)

slugmama - I LOVE,LOVE,LOVE the new shelves!! I no longer have boxes of cereal sitting on my counters :) And we have had sunny days so far this week. The basement is completely dry again - thank goodness!!
Trish - I agree - my Dad laughed when he saw how excited I was about shelving :)
